Job summary

HOLT CAT Machine Division seeks a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR)-Machine to promote parts and services and grow market share in San Antonio and Corpus Christi. This full-time onsite role develops the territory, implements sales plans, and maintains the current customer base across CAT equipment.

You will prepare quotes, sales plans, and reports; collaborate with the product sales team; and travel extensively to support customers and win new business while upholding HOLT's Values

Qualifications

• CAT equipment knowledge and maintenance requirements.
• Strong selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and data management.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells parts and service to customers.
• Develops new business opportunities in the territory.
• Prepares quotes and maintenance agreements for customers.
• Manages sales funnel and reports to leadership.
• Travels to customer sites in San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
