WIN Waste Innovations is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely run heavy machinery at recycling facilities, landfills, or transfer stations. You will perform pre/post inspections, monitor waste quality, and ensure equipment readiness while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Good time management to complete tasks safely.
• Strong follow-through and adherence to work schedules.
• Adheres to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment pre- and post-operation per policy.
• Safely operate forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front-end loader and other equipment.
• Monitor waste and equipment condition for operational readiness.
• Perform minor servicing and document reports; refer complex issues.
• Complete Equipment Condition Reports; report repairs to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and keep shop clean and organized.
• Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
