Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to man heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, excavators and haul trucks at our North American operations. You will conduct routine inspections and keep equipment in safe, clean condition while following strict safety and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading materials, moving earth, and completing related paperwork. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety culture, and operational efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year related work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write; excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks) to move materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and keep machines clean and functional.
• Load materials into bins/trucks and move earth as needed.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and PPE protocols at all times.
• Complete paperwork and assist with related duties as required.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.
