Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Equipment Operator to support North American projects. You’ll operate dirt work gear (dozer, track loader, excavator, skidsteer, tractor, backhoe) and assist crews on active job sites, maintaining safety and site housekeeping.

This role requires about one year of heavy equipment experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance. Amrize offers comprehensive benefits and a stable, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and compliance with PPE.
• Strong teamwork and physical fitness for outdoor locations.
• Ability to perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate dirt work equipment including Dozer, Track Loader, Excavator, Skidsteer, Tractor and Backhoe.
• Assist crew in daily operations on assigned job sites.
• Maintain plant and yard appearance through housekeeping practices.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on mobile equipment.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
