Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Dredge Operator to run dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks and related equipment used in paving, grading and material movement.

You will perform daily inspections and maintain equipment in a clean and safe manner. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, ability to read and write, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks, feeds bins with various aggregate materials, maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded, moves earth or material from one location to another, and performs paving/grading work.
• Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Performs daily inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
