Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to run dozers, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks for paving and earth-moving projects. You will inspect and maintain equipment, load materials, and ensure safe operation on job sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must follow PPE protocols and health and safety guidelines across locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write; excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to load trucks and move materials.
• Maintain and clean equipment; ensure safety checks.
• Perform daily inspections for safe operation and environmental compliance.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and PPE protocols at all times.
• Complete paperwork and assist with other duties as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to health and safety policies on all worksites.
