Job summary

Source Energy Services is seeking a heavy equipment operator in Blair, Wisconsin to run loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers and excavators. You will perform inspections, monitor safety, and complete daily production reports on a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule.

Job description

Pay & Perks

• $23/hour starting pay (minimal experience)
• Higher pay for experienced operators
• $3/hour night shift differential
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly bonus program

Schedule

• 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)
• Work only half the month
• Built-in days off + predictable rotation

• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Monitor operations for safety and efficiency
• Complete daily production and inspection reports
• Assist with plant cleanup and material handling
