Job summary

Source Energy Services is seeking an entry-level General Labor/Plant Utility in Blair, WI. You will operate equipment and monitor plant processes to support safe and efficient production. This role offers hands-on training in a dynamic energy services environment.

Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $3 night shift differential when applicable, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and monthly bonuses. Health insurance and a 401(k) match are included to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a physical, hands-on environment.
• Demonstrates strong safety awareness and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine plant inspections and report issues.
• Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas.
• Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Pull product samples and support quality control standards.

Schedule

• Work only half the month
• Built-in days off + predictable rotation

What You’ll Do

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts
• Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
