Job summary

Source Energy Services is seeking an entry-level General Labor / Plant Utility in Blair, WI. The role starts at $22/hour with room to advance, plus a $3/hour night shift differential when applicable.

You’ll operate equipment, monitor and inspect plant operations, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment. A $2,500 sign-on bonus, monthly bonuses, and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine plant inspections and report issues.
• Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas.
• Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Pull product samples and support quality control standards.

Schedule

• Work only half the month
• Built-in days off + predictable rotation

What You’ll Do

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts
