Job summary

Source Energy Services is seeking a full-time on-site Heavy Equipment Operator in Blair, WI. You will operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators, perform inspections, and support safe, efficient production.

We offer a 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, plus a $3/hour night differential. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, boot reimbursement, and ongoing training.
