Suncore is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to work on a local construction project. You will operate loaders, dozers, trackhoes, and other heavy equipment, read plans, and help grade pads and floors. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork within a collaborative crew.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a loader, dozer, or trackhoe.
• Ability to read plans and grade stakes.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate loaders, dozers, trackhoes, graders, backhoes, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate, load trucks, and grade pads and floors.
• Read plans and grade stakes to ensure accurate work.
• Help lead and train laborers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
