Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator II in Big Lake, TX. The role involves operating bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders at our recycling facilities, with a schedule of 6pm–6am on a two-weeks-on, one-week-off cycle.

You will work at our disposal sites, ensuring safety and efficiency while contributing to a large-scale operation serving millions of customers across the USA. The position requires 3 years of heavy equipment experience and legal work eligibility in the

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures; conducts routine inspections and maintenance.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
