Qualifications

• 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience.

• Able to work outdoors in heat and all weather conditions; 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including cranes, loaders, and similar machines.
• Load scrap material onto shredder feed conveyors and move material throughout the yard.
• Load trucks and railcars; assist in yard organization and cleanup.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report defects.
• Communicate over radio with teammates for production updates and safety.
• Cross-train in other positions as needed and support teammates.
