Qualifications

• Fast-paced outdoor environment experience.
• General labor experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or related sectors.
• Ability to stand or walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and handle 15–25 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily yard operations by handling material and assisting customers.
• Operate equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Assist with weighing, sorting, inspecting, and moving scrap materials.
• Provide courteous customer service in outdoor conditions.
