Job summary

The Company seeks an experienced earth-moving equipment operator to move construction materials, dirt, and other loads on site. You will operate bulldozers, trench excavators, graders, and other heavy machinery, following safety rules on long shifts including nights and weekends as production needs require.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and reporting malfunctions promptly while upholding the company safety policy and confidentiality expectations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience operating earth-moving equipment is required.
• Understanding of construction principles and procedures is a must.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fastens attachments to tractors and operates earth-moving equipment.
• Performs inspections before and after daily operations.
• Greases and maintains equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
