Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking experienced heavy equipment operators to perform excavation, grading, and material handling on large‑scale heavy civil construction projects.

What you’ll do

• Operate excavators, dozers, motor graders, and loaders.
• Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, and material placement.
• Follow grade stakes, plans, and supervisor direction.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain safe operations around ground personnel and other equipment.
• Support additional equipment or site tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
