Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment (backhoe, skid steer, excavators, loaders) is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with own transportation.
• Experience as a construction laborer.
• Good mechanical aptitude around equipment, motors, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Must pass ATF screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely under supervision and follow instructions from Superintendents/Drill Operators.
• Perform daily maintenance for safe, efficient operation of assigned equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist in learning drill patterns and layouts as established by the Blaster Foreman.
• Coordinate with Blaster and Foreman on materials, tools, and paperwork.
