Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment is helpful.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Requires a valid driver's license and transportation to work site.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoe, skid steer, excavators, or loaders.
• Learn drilling and blasting processes under supervision.
• Perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and adhere to safety policies.
• Complete drill reports and maintain accurate paperwork as required.
