Job summary

CRH APAC Mississippi, Inc. seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator for dozer, track hoe, loader and haul truck tasks in open pit mining operations. The role requires safe operation, teamwork, and adherence to OSHA/MSHA rules. Travel up to 80% and willingness to work nights/weekends may be required.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years loader experience and prior construction site training. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Two to five years loader operations experience preferred.
• Previous related experience in the construction field and/or training.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in pit and mining operations.
• Report any problems to your manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
