APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate dozer, track hoe, loader and haul trucks in pit/mining environments. The role requires teamwork with other crew members and adherence to OSHA/MSHA safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of loader operations experience, ability to travel up to 80% and willingness to work nights and weekends. Employment is full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of loader/ope rator experience in construction or mining environments.
• Previous related experience in the construction field.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment used in pit and mining operations.
• Report problems to supervisor and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform daily inspections and basic equipment servicing as directed.
• Assist less-experienced workers and share knowledge on proper operation.
