Job summary

CRH APAC Mississippi, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate dozers, loaders, haul trucks, and related equipment in open pit mining operations.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with equipment such as haul trucks, bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, and involves working with a team to maintain safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong safety awareness, ability to work nights/weekends, and willingness to travel up to 80% to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience in construction and/or training.
• Two to five years' loader operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment in pit and mining operations.
• Report problems to supervisor and follow Foreman directions.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Train less-experienced workers and assist with other duties.
