Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Atlanta, GA area projects. You will work with bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery to prepare sites and move materials.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork as you support stormwater, sewer, and utility installations across active sites. The role requires physical stamina and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction experience.
• GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews in storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Always follow site safety protocols and report issues.
• Communicate with coworkers and foreman about project specifications.
