GFL Environmental Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator to support our waste management operations. You will bale and load waste, inspect and maintain equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather.

You must have a high school diploma or GED (desirable), forklift certification, and the ability to obtain additional certifications. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is desired, but not required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to obtain Transfer Station/Landfill Operations Certification if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate equipment to bale and load waste or other material.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks.
• Grease and lubricate equipment; monitor fluids.
• Steer and drive equipment at the assigned site.
• Substitute for other operators as needed.
• Clean tracks and remove debris from machinery.
• Communicate with co-workers via two-way radio.
• Comply with laws, policies, and safety directives.
• Maintain grounds and facility appearance.
• Attend safety and branch meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
