Custom Concrete Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support our Residential Foundations Division in Westfield, IN.

You will prepare job sites, read site plans, and help ensure precise grading and elevation while maintaining safety on active projects. We offer year‑round work, a team‑oriented culture and opportunities for growth through hands-on training and collaboration with on‑site crews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
• Ability to hold grade and establish elevation accurately.
• Basic understanding of general construction practices and dirt management.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for job-related tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• Physically able to climb in and out of excavations (6-10 feet deep) and work in muddy conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and proper incident reporting.

What You’ll Do

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a critical role in preparing and shaping residential job sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating a variety of equipment such as dozers, mini-excavators, and skid steers.
