Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
• Ability to hold grade and establish elevation accurately.
• Basic understanding of general construction practices and dirt management.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for job-related tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• Physically able to climb in and out of excavations (6-10 feet deep) and work in muddy conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and proper incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, mini-excavators, and skid steers.
• Manage dirt, gravel, and materials for precise grading and elevation.
• Read site plans and perform minor layout tasks.
• Communicate progress with supervisor throughout project.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow safety protocols.
