Custom Concrete is seeking hardworking and dependable carpenters to join our commercial field operations team in Westfield, IN. You will help build, set, and remove concrete forms for foundations, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and other construction projects.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in quality craftsmanship, and being part of a team that builds lasting structures throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, formwork, concrete, or construction preferred (not required).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Basic construction math and measuring skills.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and install concrete formwork for commercial projects.
• Measure, mark, cut, and assemble lumber, plywood, and form systems.
• Set and align forms for foundations, walls, columns, beams, and slabs.
• Install anchor bolts, sleeves, blockouts, embeds, and project components.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, alignment, and form stability.
• Assist with concrete placement activities as needed.
• Strip, clean, repair, and store forms and materials for future projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Work safely following company and site safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project teams.

What You'll Do
