Salary Range: $26.00 To $36.00 Annually

This role supports our expanding workload driven by rapid growth in the construction market. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and consistently deliver high-quality results in texture, thickness, and density—meeting both company and client expectations.

Minimum Experience Required:

• 5+ years of concrete finishing experience
• Preferred: Experience operatingride-on trowel machines
• Preferred: Experience with commercial/industrial concrete projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Finish concrete on grade to specified flatness or slope
• Form and pour slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement
• Use hand tools to edge, joint, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate walk-behind and ride-on machine trowels
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and extended tool use
• Work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow
• Safely climb in and out of box trucks with tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe job site by securing tools and eliminating hazards daily
