Job summary

Wiese Group is seeking a Service Technician in Quakertown, PA to repair a wide range of material handling equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, utility vehicles, and floor care equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, obtain customer approval for repairs, and complete required paperwork.

The role emphasizes safety, strong customer service, and the ability to manage a workload in a hands-on environment. A valid license, own hand tools, and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills. Able to prioritize your day and self-manage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and crouch/crawl in confined areas. Comfortable with heights above 15 feet.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record may apply.
• Provide your own hand tools.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and able to quickly learn our software to complete online work orders.
• Demonstratable customer service skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, comprehensive background record check, MVR check, and proof of employment eligibility (E-Verify).
