Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator in Shreveport, LA to operate heavy equipment for groundwork and construction projects. You will perform pre-shift inspections, follow safety procedures, and support project teams by moving materials and completing tasks efficiently.

As a team member, you must read basic documents, communicate clearly, and adhere to OSHA/MSHA standards. The role requires 18+ years old, a GED or high school diploma is preferred, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures.
• Report problems to supervisor and perform daily inspections.
• Assist in training less-experienced workers and perform general labor.
