Texas Materials, a CRH company, is hiring a Loader Operator in Beaumont to support groundwork and construction projects across Texas. You will operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently on diverse job sites.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and 1–2 years of related experience, plus a valid DOT Medical Card. Expect a safety-first environment with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Report problems to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Follow Foreman directions for daily tasks.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees.
• Maintain regular attendance.
