Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment on construction sites. You will perform groundwork tasks and support crews on multiple projects in the Texas area.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience or a GED/high school diploma, and you must follow safety procedures, read project documents, and be willing to work nights and weekends as needed. Commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read blueprints or project documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Report problems to foreman or safety manager.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post inspections with documentation.
• Assist in training less‑experienced employees.
