Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Service Mechanic to join our field service team. This role involves working on various equipment at customer locations, performing troubleshooting, and performing repairs to restore operation and safety standards.

The position emphasizes strong communication with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers, along with safe, efficient work practices and minimal supervision to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical training or related experience.
• Ability to obtain or possess a full set of tools needed to complete jobs onsite.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites to return units to operation and safety standards.
• Communicate downtime and job progress updates with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers.
• Operate safely and efficiently with minimal supervision to minimize downtime and maintain safety on site and in company vehicles.
