Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Heavy Field Service Technician to repair heavy-class equipment at customer sites and ensure safety and uptime. You will diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs, and coordinate with sales and service teams.

The role emphasizes safe operation, effective communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision across on-site locations in Arkansas and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Above-average communication skills and ability to read schematics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience or training in mechanical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment at customer locations to meet safety standards.
• Communicate downtime and progress updates with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers.
• Operate safely with minimal supervision to minimize downtime and DOT vehicle safety.
