Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company in Oklahoma City seeks a Heavy Field Service Technician with strong mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to repair heavy industrial and construction equipment at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot and repair equipment at diverse locations, communicate downtime and progress to Sales, Coordinators, Managers and customers, and operate safely with little supervision while meeting DOT vehicle standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical training or related field experience.
• Ability to obtain a complete line of tools to perform on-site repairs.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment at customer locations.
• Communicate downtime and progress updates to Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers.
• Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to minimize downtime and maintain DOT vehicle standards.
