HOLT Group is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher for the Texas First Rentals team in SA-Cibolo. You will prioritize and schedule all field and lube service work, answer calls, and ensure accurate work orders and invoicing. You will coordinate with technicians and management to meet customer expectations and departmental goals.

The role requires knowledge of heavy equipment, dispatch procedures, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 5% and a focus on safety and efficiency are emphasized.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years direct CAT service experience or 5+ years in heavy equipment industry desired.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and schedule all field service and lube work in the assigned area.
• Open/close work orders and verify labor, parts, and charges.
• Communicate daily with technicians and customers regarding schedules and updates.
• Coordinate and monitor work order closings as directed by PM Manager.
• Maintain accurate coordination of information and paperwork.
• Generate purchase orders and enter data into Rentalman system.
