Job summary

Texas First Rentals is seeking a Dispatcher to prioritize and schedule Field Service and Lube Service work in the SA-Cibolo area. You will manage work orders, coordinate technicians, and ensure accurate charges for labor, parts and expenses while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires CAT service experience or equivalent heavy equipment background, strong dispatching knowledge, and proficiency with DBS/Service Link/MDS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three plus years direct CAT Service experience or five plus years industry experience in heavy equipment.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing skills with the ability to effectively work with technical and non-technical resources preferred

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule field service work in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Communicate daily with stakeholders regarding scheduling, dispatching and repair of equipment.
• Enter notes and ensure accurate labor, parts and costs are charged to work orders.
• Coordinate and follow up to ensure customer service delivery meets deadlines and cost targets.
• Assist the Preventative Maintenance Manager to close work orders as requested.
