HOLT Group in San Antonio is seeking a Field Service Technician IV to provide face-to-face customer service at an off-site location. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and recondition various light and heavy construction equipment, while mentoring lower-level technicians and documenting all work for customer records.

Responsibilities include safe operation, offsite repairs, equipment testing, and collaboration with internal/external resources.

Qualificações

• Over four years of heavy equipment experience; six or more years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• MSHA certification preferred.
• Air conditioning certification preferred.
• Crane/Rigger certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs intermediate repairs and troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision.
• Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and performs repairs and reconditioning.
• Tests and verifies proper operation of repairs.
• Maintains service reports, parts orders and customer records; may mentor technicians.
• Communicates progress to supervisor and customer; adheres to safety policies.
