Empower Rental Group is hiring a CEC Technician in the Miami, Florida area. The role combines advanced diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment with promoting maintenance and repair services to customers, ensuring both operational efficiency and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical skills, are self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with customers to recommend service solutions; a CDL is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair of heavy equipment powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Promote maintenance packages, repair services, and parts to customers.
• Write and manage purchase orders for repair parts and materials; ensure documentation is complete.
• Continuous improvement of quality and efficiency through best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
