The role blends technical expertise with strong customer interaction, requiring 5+ years of mechanical experience and the ability to upsell service plans. This position supports safety, quality, and operational efficiency within a field-service team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience.
• Extensive experience in diagnostics and repair of heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, powertrain, and electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex issues with heavy equipment powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Complete complex repairs to construction, aerial, and earthmoving machinery.
• Promote maintenance packages, repair services, and parts; upsell and schedule follow-up services.
• Write and manage purchase orders for repair parts and materials.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety procedures.
