Ideal candidates are mechanically skilled, self‑motivated, and comfortable communicating with customers about service options, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused, sales‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools.
• Promote maintenance packages, repair services, and parts to customers; upsell where appropriate.
• Handle purchase orders for parts and maintain service records and documentation.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety meetings; follow company safety policies.
