Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment & Load Out Lead in Wisconsin to provide hands-on leadership for rail yard, loadout, and heavy equipment activities. You will guide the team to safety, reliability, and efficiency while coordinating with maintenance and quality teams during the shift.

The role emphasizes mentoring operators, addressing operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement across loadout processes, rail operations, and equipment upkeep.

Are you an experienced operator ready to step into a leadership role? Didion is seeking a Heavy Equipment & Load Out Lead to provide hands-on leadership while working alongside the team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

This is a working lead position responsible for coordinating rail yard, truck loading, bulk loadout, and heavy equipment activities while supporting team development, troubleshooting operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture


• Coordinate daily loadout, rail yard, and heavy equipment operations


• Train, coach, and support operators
