Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Wisconsin to support rail yard and loading operations.

You will operate locomotives, yard trucks, and related heavy equipment to move railcars and trailers, ensuring precise loading of high‑quality food products and adherence to delivery timelines. The role requires inspecting equipment, coordinating with truck and rail loadouts, and performing conductor/grounds duties in the rail yard while maintaining equipment and using tech tools

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
• Familiarity with rail yard operations and scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect heavy equipment including locomotives, yard trucks, and other machinery.
