Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Load Out Operator to support safe, accurate loading of grain-based food products. You will gain cross-training on multiple systems and equipment, enabling flexibility and growth.

Schedule is 6pm-6am, 4 days on/4 days off, with $22–$25/hour base pay plus a $3.00/hour shift premium and an extra 40 hours of paid time off for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with using computers.

Job Summary:

Physical Environment:

• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
