Job summary

Didion, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment & Load Out Lead to provide hands-on leadership in the rail yard, bulk loadout, and heavy equipment operations. This working lead role focuses on safety, efficiency, and reliability while mentoring the team.

You will coordinate daily shift activities, train operators, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with maintenance to improve equipment reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Pay: $30-$36/hour
Schedule: 4 On / 4 Off
Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Are you an experienced operator ready to step into a leadership role? Didion is seeking a Heavy Equipment & Load Out Lead to provide hands-on leadership while working alongside the team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

This is a working lead position responsible for coordinating rail yard, truck loading, bulk loadout, and heavy equipment activities while supporting team development, troubleshooting operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
