Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is hiring a Bulk Load Out Operator to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products.

The role includes cross-training on multiple systems and types of equipment, providing you with flexibility, skill development, and opportunities for career growth. The position is scheduled 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a 4 on/4 off cycle, with compensation in the range of $22–$25 per hour plus a $3 per hour shift premium on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with using computers.

• Load-out operations ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient product transfer.

Job Summary

Compensation

Physical Environment
