Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced technical product support professional to assist Cummins client with heavy duty truck components. You will troubleshoot over the phone and email, adjudicate warranties, and provide proactive product support to customers across North America.

The role is client-facing; training occurs on site, followed by a hybrid arrangement with some days on-site at the client's location in Troy, MI.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service during high-volume contact center interactions.
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry for case notes.
• Ability to convey diagnostic info clearly by phone or email.
• Automotive knowledge with heavy truck components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email, troubleshooting customer issues.
• adjudicate warranty claims and manage warranty processes.
• Support heavy truck components across North America for client needs.
• Interact with client North American Field Operations and repair networks.
