Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Peterbilt of La Crosse/West Salem, WI. The role liaises between customers and technicians to schedule repairs, assign work, prepare and bill repair orders, and manage shop paperwork to ensure timely, accurate service.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related truck experience, with a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service department operations and communicate effectively with customers about job orders.
• Monitor job schedule and status of progress.
• Maintain knowledge on job times, pricing and flat rates.
• Process all service repair orders.
• Coordinate timely paperwork processing.
• Assist with warranty inquiries.
• Support Service Manager and Shop Foreman with reports or additional work.
