Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Service Advisor in South St Paul, MN to act as the liaison between customers and technicians. This role involves scheduling repairs, assigning work, and preparing repair orders while ensuring accurate billing and data entry.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year of related truck experience, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the dealership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of related truck experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and Word.
• Excellent attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs and assign work to technicians.
• Prepare and bill repair orders; enter work orders into the system.
• Order shop supplies following procedures.
• Monitor job schedule and progress; ensure timely completion.
• Assist with warranty inquiries and reporting as needed.
