Job summary

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) New England’s premier Freightliner and Western Star dealer in Seabrook, NH, is seeking a self-motivated Service Advisor to contribute to a busy truck service department. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

We offer competitive hourly rates ($24–$38) DOE, full-time hours, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package from day one, plus opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience: 1 year.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Heavy Duty truck experience preferred.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive first point of contact for customers.
• Clearly listen and understand the customer's vehicle needs.
• Writing up customer's vehicle problems accurately on repair order.
• Communicate vehicle needs clearly to the technician.
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keep customers updated.
• Maintain a professional manner at all times.
• Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries.

• Full-time, Monday - Friday

Compensation

• Hourly pay rates starting between $24.00 and $38.00 per hour D.O.E.
• Overtime pay rate time and a half
