FleetPride is the leading aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. Our sales team provides friendly service by phone or in person, matching customer needs with available parts to drive profitability.

You will help customers with product knowledge, pricing, and related part recommendations while maintaining stock displays and catalogs. We seek candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years in sales (preferably heavy-duty parts), and strong

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably selling heavy‑duty parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows office applications.

Mansioni

• Assist customers by phone or in person to identify parts and needs.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price following company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per policy.
• Process approved credits for returns and write up charges as directed.
• Keep counter area clean and present parts to encourage sales.
